Cancellation Policy

1) All clients of Rose Cleaning Services must READ AND ACCEPT OUR COMPANY TERMS for our CANCELLATION POLICY in accordance with our valid cleaning schedule with ROSE CLEANING SERVICES, LLC.

2) All clients will be incurred extra charges due to any schedule change, trip charge and/or cancellation policies charges.

3) Services CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING can be done up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment FREE of any cost. Cancellations or Rescheduling that proceed after 24 hours generate a $50.00 charge.

4) Cancellations at the clients’ door void any service; they will be charged for the entire service.

5) For any changes to scheduled cleanings or cancellations of any existing schedule; the client MUST COMMUNICATE WITHIN OUR OFFICE'S BUSINESS HOURS IN WRITTEN (instant messaging or phone call) with an ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY Rose Cleaning Services.

6) FOR ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ROSE CLEANING SERVICES, the clients agree to use the email and phones here listed:

7) NO MESSAGE, TEXTING, OR VOICE MAIL CALLS WILL BE CHECKED OR CONSIDERED IF RECEIVED AFTER BUSINESS HOURS.
